Linuxforum 2007

For the 10th time, the open source conference Linuxforum 2007 focusing on open source, UNIX, *BSD and Linux is held in Copenhagen on the days of marts 2nd and 3rd.

The second day of the conference has quite an interesting program with some presentations I’d like to attend:

  • Introduction to Qt
  • Google, Open Source and the Google Summer of Code program
  • Wireless Networking the Open Source Community
  • The coolest Linux Desktop (oh well)
  • Beryl, a new look at window management

Also by skipping the first day, the price becomes quite reasonable (DKK 175,- as opposed to DKK 650,- for both days).

I’m tempted to attend, question is, am I tempted enough to deal with the issue of transportation? Oh well, perhaps a nice weekend in the capital will go down well at home :-)
